When editions are released

New editions are released every month.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched every Monday. Orders placed by Sunday 11:59 pm (India Standard Time) are dispatched the following Monday; orders placed after that go out the Monday after. If a Monday falls on a public holiday, dispatch may move by a day or two.

Mail Club letters are posted once a month. Your first letter is sent with the next dispatch after you subscribe.

These are typical delivery times, not guarantees. We send parcels through courier partners arranged via Shiprocket. When a tracking number is available, we’ll share it with you.

We deliver within India and to most countries worldwide. If we’re unable to deliver to your country, we’ll let you know and refund your order in full.

Postage

Postage is included in the displayed product prices. There is no extra shipping charge at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees in the destination country. These are set by your country’s authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost or damaged letters

If your letter hasn’t arrived within the typical delivery time above, please write to us. We’ll check with the courier, and if a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or refund your order.

If your letter arrives damaged, or something is wrong or missing, please tell us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for details.

If you have a question about a delivery, please write to maddingalepost@gmail.com and include your order number.

Address details

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. You can ask us to change it at any time until your order has been dispatched. Once a parcel is on its way, we can’t change the address.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you. Posting it again may be charged.
